Terms and Conditions

General Commercial Terms

The following terms and conditions govern all quotations, subcontracts, and transactions with Lamasco Civil & Construction, a division of Lamasco (Pty) Ltd (Registration #2013/211487/07). By engaging in business with us, requesting quotations, or issuing purchase orders, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Ownership and Confidentiality

All pricing, engineering methods, project methodologies, designs, and proposals in our quotations belong to Lamasco Civil & Construction and are strictly confidential. You may not reproduce, distribute, or disclose this information to third parties without our prior written permission.

2. Mobilisation and Payments

Project commencement requires an agreed initial deposit or a formal signed purchase order, with interim milestone payments and final settlement required upon completion. Ownership of all installed materials, plant structures, and equipment remains with Lamasco Civil & Construction until accounts are settled in full.

3. Site Access and Project Scope

Work is subject to uninterrupted site access, safe working conditions, and client compliance with agreed project timelines. Standing time, site delays, or interruptions outside our control will be billed accordingly at standard operational plant and labor rates. We reserve the right to pause or cancel works should payment or safety terms be breached.

4. Variations and Extra Works

Any alterations, additions, or deviations from the initial project scope or bill of quantities will be treated as contractual variations. Such work will be costed and approved in writing prior to execution, adjusting project schedules and delivery milestones accordingly.

5. Governance and Legal Inquiries
